Back to Basics deliver the Dual Qualification Builders Management Package by Distance Learning.
By completing our Builders Management Package you will learn:
- How to master the all-important Project Preparation Phase
- A vast amount of Project Management Skills, Construction Materials and Techniques
- How to measure Quantities, conduct accurate Estimates, and lodge competitive Tenders
- The ins and outs of Contract Management
- And of course, how to keep your Financials in order
As this is a dual qualification, on successful completion, you will receive:
- The Qualification CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) which is made up of 19 Units of Competency – (11 Compulsory Units & 8 Elective) as per the qualification packaging rules.
- The Qualification CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) which is made up of 27 Units of Competency – (24 Compulsory Units & 3 Elective) as per the qualification packaging rules.
NOTE: Back to Basics course is made up of 32 Compulsory Units and 8 Elective Units as some Units are included in both qualifications Training Packages.
